Population growth rate
(Redirected from PGR)
Definition
Conceptual definition
The population growth rate (PGR) of a population is defined as the ratio of the change in population over a time period by the population value over that time period. A proper operationalization would specify whether the population that we use is the initial or final population, and also specify whether we express the answer out of 1, as a percentage, or out of 1000.
