Pronatalist propaganda

Pronatalist propaganda refers to messaging by governments, religious organizations and other civil society groups that exhorts people to have more children. Pronatalist propaganda may be directed at specific segments of the population with the explicit goal of having that segment outbreed others, or it may be directed at the population as a whole.
